Sourcing Of Raw Material
Raw Material is procured from local source as well as place of origin; identification of raw material is an important criterion, many of raw materials are now not available as their actual assay and adulteration of raw material is so high in market because of price competition. Our quality control department has 60 years of experience in raw material identification. We don’t compromise in raw material quality and not allow manufacturing if only single material is not available.

We use in our formulation direct decoction of raw material which are prepared in-house (our sister concern). By this way active content of raw material not comes directly in touch of heat (as in case of Quath Processing where raw material is directly boiled on fire autoclave).

Processing
In Ayurvedic System of medicine almost all the raw material are insoluble in Aqueous Base, that’s why these preparations are called suspension, we have to avoid sedimentation in liquid preparations to some extent, however solubility can be increased by adding suspending agents to make the preparation uniform up to a long time.

Quality Control
Every batch of liquid is being tested in our lab for stability, ph, microbial contamination, and qualitative essay. In our state there is no facility for quantitative essay, so one has to believe on manufacture for quality of product. After the sample if pass on essay goods are transferred in finished stock and ready to sale for market.
