The carpet is taken through the seven stages of the washing train by conveyor belts.

First stage: At the entrance the carpet passes through the 120-degree curved part so it enables the piles to be opened. Roller brush removes hair, wool and dust between the piles.

Second stage: This is the area where the carpet is made wet. The carpet passes through the front washing brushes and goes down by passing the orings. Meanwhile from the nozzle on the bottom washing brushes water is given to the bottom of the carpet. Being wet both surface and bottom of the carpet are brushed at the same time. After the bottom washing is finished the carpet enters to the main washing roll part and main washing brushes begin to brush.

Third stage: HYM 288 F Carpet Washing Machine has 8 brushes and each is 50 cm. When carpet begins to move in the machine, main washing time starts. When carpet is in the middle of the main brushes the grup of Pnömatic compressive brushes begin to brush carpet at the maniplated weight by putting pressure on it. Water and detergent are given from the centre of the brushes. The group of brush put pressure on the carpet according to the thickness of the it. Optional, according to the kind of carpet, each compressive brush can be manipulated at most 50kg. Therefore main washing brushes clean carpet in a perfect way and washing is completed.

Fourth stage, in this area the carpet is rinsed. Rinsing system, like main washing part, has 4 brushes and each is 50cm. The brushed are set side by side. When the carpet comes to the entrance of the rinsing tube, rinsing brushes begin to work. Optional, pressure can be regulted for the rinsing brushes. From the centre of the rinsing brushes rinsing water is given. With the turning rinsing water is evacuated to the water channels which are set on both sides of the machine. Water is evacuated with pipes.

Fifth stage, in this area the carpet is vacuumed. After having passed the rinsing brush part the carpet comes to the vacuuming part by moving on the band. When the carpet enters under the tube, vacuum pumping begins. When the carpet is at the centre of the vacuum pumping, vacuum begins to move from left to right across the carpet by pressing 50kg. On the models with vacuum pumping, absorbers at the nozzle of the scraper absorbes dirty water, hair, floss and wool. When the carpet is vacuumed, automaticly vacuum pumping stops at the middle of the machine. It lifts the absorbers and scrapers. The dirty water in the vacuum tank is evacuated automaticly when the vacuuming stops. When vacuum pumping begins again, it stops.

FABRIC SOFTNER

After having vacuumed the carpet is spreyed fabric softner automaticly before the winding roll and it smells very nice.

ROLLING SYSTEM

After having had the front, bottom, main washing, rinsing, scraping and vacuuming stages the carpet is given fabric softner. Finally the carpet is rolled and sent to the squeezing part.
