Indications:
Amoxi 15% LA suspension’s range of action comprises both of
gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
It is indicated for primary and secondary bacterial infections as well
as viral infections in cattle, pigs, dogs and cats. It is also
indicated for the following:
- Septicemia
- Respiratory tract infections: pneumonia, bronchitis, tonsillitis,
- Gastro – intestinal tract: gastritis, enteritis (Colibacillosis,
Salmonellosis)
- Uro-genital tract: postpartum infections, metritis, pyometra,
cystis, mastitis, swine MMA
- Local bacterial infection: abscesses, wounds, infected eczemas.
Dosage:
It is administered via intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous injection.
After injection is advice to massage the site of the injection well.
The recommended dose is 15mg/kg of body weight equivalent to 10ml/
100kg of body weight. It is essential that the dose is repeated once
every 48 hours.
