VISPRAY is an advanced thermoplastic road marking material designed to meet the performance requirements of UNE EN 1436. VISPRAY is manufactured and kitemarked to UNE EN 1871 and is supported by Durability Certificates to UNE EN 13197.VISPRAY offers a consistent melt viscosity, giving lines with excellent definition and long-term durability

VISPRAY is designed for line marking on bitumen pavements
Especially recommended for its use in highways
Relining upon thermoplastics, acrylic paints. For use on concrete pavements a sealer is needed

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from any contamination, including dirt, oil, grease, moisture and curing agents. It is recommended that a small trial is carried out before full application.

Product Application
The maximum safe heating temperature of 220 ºC should never be exceeded.
VISPRAY is suitable for application by spray methods with adequate thermoplastic machines, provided they are able to heat the material up to 200 ºC
Thermoplastic must be placed into a pre-heater fitted with a mechanical stirrer and thermometer. When the material has been heated to the required application temperature (see Technical), carefully transfer to the application equipment and proceed with use.
Melted materials may be re-heated and used after solidifying providing the total time in the molten state has not exceeded 6 hours. Heating should be gradual to avoid scorching.
VISPRAY should be laid to a thickness of 1,5 mm which yields approx 3Kg/m2

Packaging and Storage
VISPRAY is supplied in 500 kg, bigbags or in 22 kg plastic bags
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
Shelf life is 12 months under normal conditions.
