The Urethane Manufacturing Process

First, we blast clean the mold core and, after cleaning, coat the adhesives. Next, we combine the steel core with the mold (formation), and pour in the Urethane. Finally, lathes and grinding machines are used and the production process is finished by processing the urethane according to the final drawing dimensions. The finished product is then packed and delivered to customers.
