COMPACT SEWER LEVEL SOLUTION

Completely embedded within the sewer, no data / power cables. Minimal installation costs. Battery pack is within the sewer. Communication is based on cellular (GSM) transmissions, available anywhere. No extra communication infrastructure and no frequency licenses.

ROBUST SEWER LEVEL SENSOR

Non-contact level sensor, avoids continuous interaction with the aggressive fluids inside the sewer. No moving parts - a significant advantage when compared with mechanical floats. Sensor is made of PVDF - highly resistance to chemicals. Equipment is seal-rated IP68, allowing short flooding events without need for repair. Battery enclosure may be installed way above the sensor, reducing flooding incidents and allowing easy access for battery replacement.

INTRINSIC SAFE SEWER SENSOR

Explosive Atmosphere: Where explosive gasses are present, a sensor model certified for explosive atmosphere is available. This model is ratedIntrinsic Safe by both ATEX and IECEx for the most hazardous environments. Unlike alternatives, the solution is certified as a complete system including sensor, battery pack and timer switch. SIM card may even be inserted in the explosive zone. GSM communications are also certified in this hazardous location.

SEWER MONITORING FLEXIBLE ALERTS

Fielded units may be monitored with GaugerNET, a SolidAT Web Monitoring Application or with any third party monitoring solution. Third parties benefit from open interfaces. The sensor can be configured to adaptive reporting intervals, diverse types of alerts and to customized reports.

The sensor may also be configured wirelessly using SMS commands. These commands can also set the required alerts for the specific site.

REMOTE MONITORING OF SEWERS

Users of the systems benefit from the extensive data gathered from all sites. Charts of sewage level, temperature and flow in some caes are available. The figure above demonstrates typical daily behavior with morning surge, sewage flow late at night and rain event.
