The ACTON M scooter has a revolutionary design that we put together from very simple elements. The striking look of the scooter is a result of not only careful use of materials and an eye for proportion, but also the functionality of the product. We took a basic rectangle that had the minimum dimensions necessary to house our battery pack and extruded it. A simple right angle in the frame gave us the structure off of which we built our clever folding seat. Thus, it’s easy & comfortable to ride standing or sitting. Slender, angular and super strong, ACTON takes pride in the scooter’s fashionable appearance just as we do in the incredible reliability and functionality. It stands apart from those other standard cookie cutter scooters.

WARRANTY:

All ACTON products come with a 1 year warranty. ACTON warrants to the original purchaser of products that products sold from the Site shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from purchase. If buyer claims that a product is defective, ACTON, upon written notice from buyer, will issue shipping instructions to buyer for the return of the product to ACTON at buyer’s sole expense. ACTON’s sole obligation under its warranty shall be, at ACTON’s sole discretion to either repair the product, replace the product or refund the price. This limited warranty shall not apply to any product not manufactured by ACTON or any of ACTON’s products or components thereof which has been repaired or altered by anyone or to any product or component thereof that has been subject to alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
