Main Product feature and specifications:

Our dome’s consists of Eco-friendly sandwich panels that are insulated by hard polyurethane foam between two surfaces of FRP sheets combined with vacuum technology under high pressures giving the structure high strength, aerodynamic-most stable geometric shape without any steel structure/chassis, maintains inner temperature, high weight bearing capacity, rot and corrosion free unlike conventional buildings . The surface is bright, shiny & is very easy to clean as Outer & Inner surface are adhered with a layer of high quality Gel-coat giving good chemical stability against atmospheric pressure, UV rays, water/humidity, ordinary acids, alkaline and salts resulting in virtually No surface Maintenance on both the sides for more than 50 years. It has a high capacity to retain original surface color giving Dome a permanent bright and fresh look. FRP's own characteristics gives the dome structure many inbuilt advantages such as Phenomenal strength to withstand climatic hazards, corrosion, cracking, sunlight & most important - aging.

The modular structures are supplied in ready-to-install state. These structures are highly durable, portable, leak proof, weather resistant and easy to erect. Available in different colors we can always customize these structures to suit specific requirements of our clients. They can be assembled or connected from minimum width/broadness of –

Length of domes as required can be constructed with the use of Connectors or connecting panels called Wedge, Expanse, Top-Inserts & Top Roofs.

Our Price list is based upon the material used in each layer of the dome. Our dome consists of three layers in its Sandwich model namely:

Outer Gel-Coat layer with Fiberglass matt
Sandwich PUF insulation layer &
Inner Gel-Coat layer with Fiberglass matt.

All panels come with flanges for bolting on the inner side of the dome and with extra base for bolting on the outer side adjacent to floor to give it a stand. Canopies for doors and windows can be bought as per number of windows and doors in Dome of your choice. We don't supply any inside facilities such as Door, Window, toilet, kitchen, furniture, flooring, Electric Cabling, Water Pipe Line etc. We are working in that panel and soon will be able to provide a Ready-to-use Dome house.

Dome house system is a reliable solution that can be characterized by its strength, easy handling and easiness in installing, in addition to providing healthy accommodation conditions with the minimal infrastructure required.

Self supporting space-age buildings. No frame required.High impact resistance stronger than steel. (> 8000 psi).High weight load capacity (4000 kg).The Aero-dynamic curved surface of the panels reduces wind resistance, enabling the house to withstand Straight-line winds of 160miles per hour or more.(capable of withstanding category 5 hurricanes and 0.5g Seismic loads earthquakes)The PCDOMES panels used to construct the house require no painting and do not deteriorate from water, rot, or insect infestation. The use of UV (ultra violet) ray substance on GP-type gel coat prevents cracking and fading of color with 50 years life span.The color (gel coat) of the PCDOMES is bonded into the surface during the molding process thus assuring durability and virtually no surface maintenance other than an occasional wash.Sun heat retardant, rust and corrosion proof.No or very low maintenance required.Extremely resistance to weather damage.No snow / debris pile-up on the roof.The PCDOMES can be easily dismantled, transported and can be relocated to the new site/ location due to light weight.The PCDOMES is completely sealed i.e. water-tight and air-tight.
