Point 1. Grain Size
It can create extremely fine grain sizes that are impossible to achieve with

conventional casting techniques.

It can provide high quality product features without relying on expensive forging

techniques.

Point 2. Heavy Wall Thickness Compatibility
It can achieve uniform feature quality from the casting surface to the center

(the occurrence of shrinkage cavities and pinholes is minimized).

The heavy wall has a heavy wall thickness compatibility that defies conventional

wisdom, with the feature density growing rougher toward the center.

It enables the manufacture of products that have extremely low variance in

strength between portions.

It achieves dimensions of 2/100 mm without any need for machining.

It is optimal for small-lot production where it is desirable to keep machining costs down,

and prototyping which requires production of multiple varieties of a single item.

Point 2. Thin Wall Thickness Compatibility
It achieves thin wall thickness compatibility equal to that of conventional casting

techniques in which finishing is done by machining processes. Its suitability for

complex molding due to excellent molten flow is another key feature of direct casting.
