UNIQUE STRENGTH OF FUSO

We have factories in SAGAMIHARA, OSAKA, GIFU, and AKITA, and each one has its own unique strengths.

THE SAGAMIHARA FACTORY

The Sagamihara factory can handle extremely large work processing. The factory has adopted extremely large-sized column type NC machines and large-sized NC lathes (vertical type) to handle processing orders for extremely large or long items that cannot be processed in typical machining centers or NC lathes.

In addition, another one of the factory's special attributes is its ability to handle large volume work.

The factory has machining centers with large pallet pool and operates compound NC lathes with automatic work exchange robotics 24 hours a day, allowing the factory to turn around

large volume work in a short time while contributing to stable quality.

THE OSAKA FACTORY

The Osaka factory is able to handle high precision, extreme dryness, high hardness, high fineness, and mirror surface processing.
We can guarantee up to 3microns for a pitch of 100mm in our high precision processing.

We have also an experience of direct machining in high hardness processing up to HRc60.

By being able to process at such hardness levels, we are able to create high precision products that do not easily become deformed, because for example, spindles or shafts, carburizaion-preventing is not needed.

We have know-how regarding high-fineness processing, having processed using tools with a diameter of 0.10mm.

Normally, processing over a wide range takes time, but our high-revolution speed, high-precision machines, and thermostatic chamber that remains stable over long periods of time allow us to use tools that are hard to see with the naked eye.

THE GIFU FACTORY

The Gifu factry mainly produces plastic injection and blow moulds for automobile parts. The inside of the factory contains 1300 tons of injection molding machine, creating an environment in which we carry out every aspect of production, from design and actual production all the way to shape testing.
