Raw Unchecked Customer Returns means item has been returned by a customer for any reason ie. Unwanted ‘not what I expected’, missing part or manual, seems to be faulty, bought in error, wrong size/colour. May have cosmetic marks this is pot luck.

Discount Electrics Ltd has been in business for over 20 years, and are distributors for return products from retail stores. We are a professional business and do not send junk or spam email. We check every warehouse for their prices and products to make sure we are the cheapest available on our products.

We are bulk resellers of seller refurbished stock, new stock, ex-display and customer returned stock from major high street stores. Customer returns may be faulty goods, have damaged or missing packaging, cosmetic marks, missing instruction manuals, remotes and leads. Returns stock may have been returned under high-street 14 day money back guarantees, because it is the wrong colour, shape, size or has been originally purchased in error.

You will not be able to buy this stock anywhere else in the country unless you are one of our exclusive bulk buyers.

We have 100's of pallets in our warehouse at any one time, and the best way to know what our latest stock is to join our Traders Mailing List. We will email you details of our latest available stock, which includes detailed pallet manifest and prices. You can also check our website as we update it on a regular basis.

Sometimes latest available stock sells before it gets onto our website, so be sure to call and place your order.

Types of Stock We Sell

We sell a variety of stock, from single-line job lots, individual pallets to lorry loads. Please see our Latest Stock page, for an updated stock list. All prices are plus VAT unless otherwise stated. Please call us to confirm prices if you are unsure.

The goods can be collected directly from our Huthwaite warehouse, which is conveniently located 10 minutes from junction 28 on the M1 motorway. Or, you may have the pallets delivered to your location. Please check the links below to find relevant delivery price list. For larger orders, please call us for an exact delivery price.

Reserving Stock

All stock is sold on a first come, first served basis with no exceptions. We do not accept deposits on future available stock.

Deposits can be left over the phone using a credit/debit card or cash paid directly into our bank account.

A £50-£100 deposit will secure any palletised stock. A larger deposit may be required if reserving a full lorry load (of more than 26 pallets). Once goods have been reserved with a deposit, you will have 3 working days to clear the stock from our warehouse. You can either collect or arrange delivery. Any stock left uncollected after 3 working days may be liable for a storage fee of £25 per pallet per day.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards or cash on collection. Please note, credit cards incur a 3% processing charge. Debit card payments are FREE.

All prices are plus VAT unless otherwise stated.

If you are taking delivery of your goods, then payment will need to be made directly into our bank account prior to the goods being released. We will notify you once payment has cleared.

All goods must be paid for in full before they are released for collection or delivery.

Returns

All goods and pallets are sold "as-is", therefore, no returns accepted or exchanges offered.

With this in mind, we would kindly request that you call ahead to arrange a visit to avoid any disappointment.

Q. How can I buy this Stock?

Firstly, send us an email stating what you're interested in. Please start the subject title with "Full loads" or "Single pallets" and choose from the following categories (One or more categories can be chosen):

• Working washing machines & dryers, Working refrigeration, Working Dishwashers, Working Cooking, Working Showroom Clearance Stock

We will then send you an up-to-date stock list and prices as soon as possible with your chosen categories added subject to availability. Please feel free to join our trade email list, click HERE to be added, where you will receive all latest stock emails and stock available.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure any pallet, this can be taken over the phone, via card payment, chip and pin in person or cash. For an alternative method of payment, you can send the £50 deposit via PayPal - making sure to mark the payment as a deposit for the stock you're paying for. After the deposit has been processed you will then receive information bank details to pay for the remainder of the balance and information on where the stock is located for you to arrange collection/delivery. Alternatively you can pay via cash / chip and pin on collection.

If a container or lorry is required, buyers are responsible for their own transport, however we are able to provide a source if the buyer doesn't have any transport available. We will load the lorry or container free of charge. If the stock is loaded on our premises, and exported then the buyer may be exempt from VAT. However if the stock is taken from our premises we will require a Bill of Laden within 3 months, where the VAT will then be refunded.

Please note that all stock is sold and a first come first served basis, if there is no deposit placed on stock, Discount Electrics reserve the right to sell the products. After deposit is made, full payment must be received within 5 working days. All stock must be cleared within 5 working days if this is going to take longer, you must let us know before the 5 working days are over, so that we can safely store the item for you. If the item is not collected within 10 working days, a storage charge will be added at £25 per day. By committing to buy, you agree to all these Terms and Conditions.

Please bear in mind when buying our products it is in our interest that we sell you the correct stock from day 1, that way it encourages long term relationships. Discount Electrics has been in operation for over 20 years, we believe it is not customers that make a long term business grow, it is happy customers. That is the reason why we have been successful in what we do.
