2.Designing→Design based on new mould confirmation,and confirm with the customer

3.purchasing and processing→purchase accirding to material sheet,process and assemble according to 2D/3D drawings,dimensional test of all parts to ensure a correct match with the drawing

4.Authentication→trial production according to designed machine model and mould flow analysis,organize three-party review.provide with the customers satisfied products/moulds at earliest time

5.based on the above 4 steps,set up a project team and assign a project manager and a project director to follow up the case.
