This product consists of matting primer, filiform winding coat and protective top coat, all of them are one-package. The characteristics of matting primer (namely frosted coating) are fineness, smoothness, fullness, good transparency, and strong adhesion. The characteristics of filiform winding coat are high efficient winding, brightness, hard tough film, fast drying rate, beautiful filiform by high proficient winding. The characteristics of protective top coat are high hardness, wear,water and heat resistance, dyeing feasibility, good adhesion and transparency, and combining function of decoration and protection. Using the complete set of the three components, an unexpected artistic effect and outstanding articles will result in, and favours will find in the customer’s eyes, and remarkable profit will be gained.

3,Application Procedures:
( 1)Stir thoroughly, or invert the barrel and shake evenly, before using the matting coating, so as not to impair the matting effect. Add a little of anti-blushing thinner to dilute the viscous matting coating, whenever necessary.
(2)Remove the dust and degrease the greasy dirt on the surface of the articles, to ensure the coating quality.
(3)Use spraying,dipping or rolling application
(4),Filiform winding is made after baking the primer at 60°C-70°C for 15 minutes, bake for half an hour, after filiform winding.
(5),Filiform winding is made by spraying pistol, hand, or other tool.
(6)Protective top coat: Use SZ-97 or 889 transparent coating as the protective top coat. Modulate the brightness of top coating by degree of dilution.Recommendation ratio:SZ-97 vacuum metalizing coating:DA diluent=1:3-4(volume ratio).
889 pale coating: 3433=1:1-2(volume ratio), 3433 is a diluent of our company for special use.

4,Caution
Because of inflammability of this product, it should be put in dry and ventilating place. Preventing from sunshine and rain-drenching during transportation and storage, and ventilating during application are required. Smoking and lighting fire are prohibited.
Storage period of validity is one year since the date of production, after the specified period, it still can be used, if the quality of this product is unimpaired.
