Overview

HiPER 510 SOHO Routeris a purpose-built solution designed for distribution network including chain stores, hotels, branch offices and mobile users.

With UTT self-developing operating system ReOS, HiPER 510 delivers a high security, easy-to-use and low cost platform for UTT customers. It not only supports common features such as NAT, DHCP Server, PPPoE Server and IP/MAC binding, but also offers flexible bandwidth management, IPSec VPN and user accounting.

HiPER 510 supports various VPN functions such as IPSec, and PPTP in establishing site-to-site VPN connections or remote access VPN connections.

Features

Configurable LAN/WAN Number

HiPER 510 offers 1 WAN port and 4 LAN ports by default. The LAN and WAN port number can be configured according to different network’s requirement. Support load balance and connection backup when WAN port number are set to 2 or more.

PPPoE Server and PPPoE Accounting

The internal users can access to the Device by using PPPoE. PPPoE Server is a secure and easy method to get rid of the ARP attack and IP spoofing to completely solve the most problems of the networks. Through PPPoE account management, the administrator can control the accessing users effectively. HiPER 510 supports PPPoE Accounting by Date and up to 30 concurrent PPPoE sessions.

Flexible Bandwidth

This very unique function named Flexible Bandwidth will largely optimize the bandwidth utilization. And it only needs 2 steps: enable this function and set the bandwidth for each Internet connection. Flexible Bandwidth will guarantee the webpage browse and essential network applications.

Adjust the bandwidth for users and applications flexibly, improve the real-time network performance, and recognize different application accurately.Supports priority queues to ensure smooth transmission of applications which require large bandwidth.Improved network performance will solve network congestion and unreasonable bandwidth allocation.Reasonable network traffic distribution, optimized bandwidth utilization, stable, fast, safe and efficient network environment

Internet Access Control

Provide personalized Internet access control, which can meet all the needs of users. Each host can take a different access policy, including blocking IM software (MSN etc.), blocking P2P software (Bit commit, thunder, etc.), blocking online games (WOW, QQ game, etc.) and other abundant functions.

Support Domain name Filtering. Users can either block websites or only allow websites. Domain name filtering will make the network management easy and convenient.

Support IP/MAC address binding, invalid IP address or MAC address filtering and easy blacklist and Whitelist setting. What's needed to pay attention is that UTT router supports binding all the dynamic IP/MAC entries with only one-click operation.

VPN

Support various VPN functions such as IPSec and PPTP, which can be used alone or combined; Support dynamic IP address VPN connections; Support Site-to-site VPN, remote access VPN (client-to-site); IPSec VPN tunnels are restricted to 1, up to 1 concurrent tunnel. PPTP Client and server are both restricted to 1; IPSec provides features of auto key (IKE) and manual key, ESP/AH protocols, DES/3DES/AES encryption algorithm, MD5/SHA-1 hash algorithm, main mode and aggressive mode, and NAT Traversal.

Configuration and Management

Offer user-friendly Web interface which delivers an easy-to-use platform with rich functions. Quick Wizard will help customers to complete the initial settings in short time. Support remote admin, configuration backup and firmware upgrade.

Support Internet Behavior Audit to direct-viewing analyze and monitor the network usage.
