XDZ series pyrolysis plant can be used to refine oil by using waste tyre, waste plastic and rubbers recycling to crude oil, carbon black, steel wire and gas, and then after distillation will get diesel oil. Heating materials can use wood, coal, fuel oil, nature gas and electricity. They are widely used in hotels, restaurants, bathing center, power plant, engines and chemical sector and so on.

Five Advantages:

1. Reactor Furnace: Use Q245R more resistant to high temperature and Q345R more resistant to high pressure. The thickness of heating part is 16mm and 18mm. which assures 6-8 years' working life.

2. Catalytic Chamber: Diameter 426mm×H2400mm, compared with the 5th machine (Diameter 630mm×2×H2500mm), 6th has less space than 5th. If it is too big, there will be more heavy oil coming out, it will not through after condensers, it mixes more impurities. So the less space the better.

3. Cooling System: 6th have 2 vertical condensers and 2 horzontal condensers, 6th have 82 sqm cooling area, much bigger than 5th(67 sqm).

4. Tail Gas Recovery Device: 6th' anti-back fire device can recycle the tail gas to furnace for heating reactor in pyrolysis oil process, save energy and no pollution.

5. Double Dust Remove Device: 6th have double dust remove device, the first one has 12 high-pressure nozzles, the second one has 8 high-pressure nozzles, black smoke produced during heating reactor by fuel such as coals, charcoal and wool etc, finally reach national emission standard as white steam.

Installation and Aftersale Services:

We will give foundation drawings to buyer after make order, and send one engineer for guiding your installation, testing machines and training your workers. The installation period shall be 20 days.

Warranty:

1. Reactor guarantee period shall be 60 months.

2. Transmission equipments guarantee period shall be 36 months

3. Valve, meter and switch box guarantee period shall be 24 months.
