Otherwise that earlier element structures that imitate log buildings, our log element be made up of 70 mm thick pure log and frame structure which is connected from inside to log.

That way there is no nail holes outside walls and wall looks same that traditional way build log house. Log corners are also elements. Other choice to log corners is covering boards.
Log elements are manufactured in warm hall. Log elements outside surface treatment can make ready in the factory. Inside panel or board is ready installed.
