Food Enzyme LVK-F is a food grade lipase produced by the controlled fermentation. It principally hydrolyzes triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerol, and also catalyzes synthesis of esters or transesterification.

Appearance: White to creamy powder
Lipase activity: 5,000~50,000 U/g(upon custom request)
Effective PH Range :5.5 to 10.5
Effective Temperature : Range 15 to 45

Food Enzyme LVK-F can be used in flour improvement, manufacture of dairy flavor, refining of oils and fats, cosmetic, as digestive aid etc..

Storage and Shelf life
This product should be kept in a cool dry location. It will keep for at least one year, if stored in original package..
