-Payment Terms: 100% advance Payment , T/T, All payments shall be made in Japanese yen.

-Shipment: Delivery with airfreight.

-Insurance: Buyer shall, at its expense, obtain and maintain adequate comprehensive general liability insurance.

-Packing: Unless otherwise instructed in writing by Buyer, packing, marking and/or other arrangements in time for preparation of respective shipments of Goods shall be made at Seller's option.
