About Titanium spring

Characteristics of Titanium alloy material is "corrosion resistance" and "low specific gravity".

We have adopted "Ti-6V-4V (ASTM Grade 5)" and "Ti-22V-4Al" as Titanium alloy materials.

Heat & Surface treatment

Heat treatment aiming at stress relief is carried out about "Ti-6V-4Al".

Age-hardening is carried out about "Ti-22V-4Al" at vaccum furnace.

(b) Mean coil diameter: 4 to 22 times wire diameter

(c) Coil ends: Ground ends available

(d) Quantity: 1 to 2000 per month

(e) Dimensional and Load tolerance: JIS B2704 Grades 1 to 3

(f) Fob price: Depends on quantity
