Surface treatment agent for PVC / TPO leather coating

The Leatherroid series was developed as an automobile interior treatment for PVC. In addition, we have recently finished creating a system for TPO material treatment with a specialized primer.

It is valued for its soft feel and scratch resistance. It is being used by several automobile manufacturers throughout Japan, North America, Asia and Europe.

[USE]

1)Used for treating automobile door trim PVC or TPO surfaces
2)Used for treating automobile PVC dashboards or TPO surfaces
3)Used for treating olefin furniture or general leather goods.

[Usage and instructions Primer]
TPO has superior characteristics such as recyclability,and lightweight.
But disadvantageous to scratch resistance,adjustment of the texture and the luster.
Leatheroid LU Primer & surface coating agent is used for the surface of TPO to cover them.
TPO has extremely poor adhesion with lacquer,but adhesive strength and molding form ability can be improved by using our Primer.
