Brite wheel

This single brite wheel can be used for both brush grinding

a denture resin base and for puff polishing. Handles all steps

from shaping through sand grinding to the final polishing.
No need to swap out various styles of brushes or puffs.
Now you can grind and polish dentures in under 10 minutes.

We have completely reinvented the polishing process.

Our new process is to

1)grind off denture burrs using a covered bar;

2) grind further using a paper cone or silicon point;

3) use the brite wheel sold here to further sand the surface;

4) using our company's ultra-soft puff and bright white abrasive,

a final buffing is applied to achieve a lustrous finish. The finished item

is then rinsed in water.

The entire process of grinding and polishing takes less than 10 minutes

-- existing methods took more than 30 minutes!

Once you master the process, you can even skip step 2.

Existing processes involved changing from larger to smaller brushes and

finally to a puff in order to reduce damage to each tool. This involved switching

from one tool to another and repeating the process several times.

Now that tedious process has become unnecessary.
We've named this polishing system the Brite System.

First wet and soften it, then use it with a lathe.
