To accommodate the smallest of engines –the 2-Stroke Engine-, we are manufacturing ceramic cylinder liners. These liners are designed to withstand the harshest running conditions and operating environments. The implementation of the correct geometrical positioning and scavenging port shapes is crucial to increased performance. The reduced frictional coefficient and lower thermal conductivity of the material enable any engine, which boasts our ceramic cylinder to outperform its stock aluminum version.

While maintaining or reducing the mass of the assembly, we were able to achieve performance gains for a variety of 2-Stroke applications. The return on maximized output is not just performance, but reduced emissions and fuel consumption!

Contact us today, we can adapt our ceramic cylinder liners to your engine specific applications. Preferably we would require drawings or .stp files of the current aluminum cylinder liner, but we do not require them, since we have in-house reverse engineering capabilities.

On average -engine output and size dependent-, the initial investment for a ceramic cylinder liner prototype for youre specific application is $45,000.00

Once the cylinder liners have been field test for an average of 12-18 months -OEM dependent-, the production price per liner drops to $25.00-55.00 at an annual production quantity of 10,000!

Futhur price reduction does exist for larger quantitiy order of 50,000-100,000.
