Strengths of the product

• Lightweight and easy to handle at approximately 15 kg. It is easy to install

when working on the roof.

• The triple layer structure provides excellent weather resistance and it can

be used as a curing material for external walls.

• It is in high demand not only for new construction but also for reroofing.

• The back is textured to create spaces between it and the plywood or other

sheathing to provide ventilation that prevents condensation.

• Specially compounded plastics are used. The front and back surfaces lock

together and the textured surface prevents the material from sliding down

slanted roofs during installation to allow the roofing to be installed safely.

Manufacturing process

The specially compounded plastic is extruded in sheets from a T die extruder,

while sand and embossing are applied using crepe paper and craft paper.

As the plastic cools, the excess is cut off, and the material is wound into rolls.

Packaging Detail

30 rolls are placed on pallets, wrapped in stretch film,

and secured with plastic bands.

We are a company that has been manufacturing and selling flexible PVC (vinyl chloride)

films and sheets since our establishment in 1968.
In recent years, we have not limited ourselves to PVC but have also been involved in

the manufacturing and sale of the "Nihon Ichi" roofing sheet series and PS (polystyrene)

sheets used in various applications, including food packaging and carrier tape.
