We research and develop new materials that have never existed before.

We have achieved high-performance soldering iron tips and electrodes of long lifetime.

Here are photos of a conventional tip and our new product after dipping with the lead-free solder at 450 Celsius degree for twenty hours.

MIM can be used to achieve mass production of molded products

with 3D shapes even using materials that are difficult to machining.

These products are applied to the small components such as cases

with electromagnetic wave shielding properties for mesurement

instruments or inspection equipment, ultla hard levers, etc.

We use MIM to mass-produce 3D shaped molded products with high specific gravity,

high flexibility, and shielding properties against electromagnetic and radiation.

These products are used in the electromagnetic wave shielding of general

measurement instruments and inspection instruments, the radiation shielding

of RI related facilities and RI inspection equipment, in weight components,

and other applications.

This material can be easily cut using scissors or a knife when processed into sheets.

We use CIM to mass produce 3D shaped molded products with non-wettability,

thermal non-conductivity, excellent heat resistance and toughness, and also

with a low friction coefficient.

These products are used in welding nozzles, sliding components such as

bearings, DPF filters, and other applications.

The surfaces of metal and polymer materials are coated to give them excellent

friction resistance, fire resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance,

corrosion resistance, and non-wettability from which properties new products are created.

These products are used in metal molds, machine tools, semiconductor

components, and automobile components.

We use IM to mass-produce 3D shaped molded products with electromagnetic

wave and radiation shielding characteristics, and also excellent thermal conductivity.

These products are used in electromagnetic wave shields, heat resistant materials,

and other applications.
