1) Meeting with the costomer

First, we contact the customer to discuss the fine details of the order, and provide a quote once the size, number of pieces, and other specifics are decided.

2) Mold construction / Test run

We then create a metal mold and send a trial production lot to the customer for approval.

We make any necessary changes immediately.

3) Mass production

We stay in close contact with our costomers after the initial meeting.

Once we settle on a final desing, we will create a prototype for your approval.

If you approve of the prototype, simply contact us and we will begin production.
