Other brand foam sheet: 0.038-0.042W/m.k

The lower thermal conductivity, the better heat insulation effect.

The lower thermal conductivity, the thiner the wall thickness could be.

The thiner the sheet, the lower unit price.

Case 1 :

He used to use flex insulation pipe with the thickness of 40-50mm.

When he use our rubber-flex foam for test, 25-30mm thickness will be enough.

He used to use 40mm thickness flex foaming insulation sheet to cover his hot water tower for Solar water heaters.

Moisture of WIDE rubber-flex insulation sheet>25000(which is test by Chinese national fireproof test center)

Moisture of other Brand foaming insulation sheet 5000~8000, but they will tell you it is over 10000.

5. VS Fire resistance

Fire resistance of WIDE rubber-flex insulation sheet: Class B1, which had been tested on site of the Haitian building project, foshan, 2010.

Fire resistance of other brand foaming insulation brand: class B2 or ClassB1, some of them do not has the test report, so of them will make a great sample and send the sample to the test center. there is a big differene between the test sample and the goods.

Other factory can only offer 10mm to 32mm

WIDE Rubber-flex insulation foaming pipe can offer from ID 1/4 inch to 6-1/2inch.

WIDE Rubber-flex insulation foaming material can work between -57 °C to 125°C(-70°F to 257°F)

Other brand work between -40°C to 105°C

8.VS Smoke Toxicity
