Block Ice Size:

MB series Commercial block ice machines have the following types of ice blocks: 10kg/PC, 15kg/PC, 20kg/PC, 25kg/PC, 30kg/PC. Meanwhile, we can also produce in compliance with the customers' requirements.

10kg ice block size: 100mm*205mm*610mm

15kg ice block size: 100mm*320mm*610mm

20kg ice block size: 120mm*320mm*750mm

Capacity:

MB120 Industrial Block Ice Machine has 12 tons capacity per day, it has 800 pieces of 15kg block ice in 24hours, or 600 pieces of 20kg block ice in 24 hours.

Easy to Install:

MB120 is made up of three parts: the MB120 main unit, brine water tank and cooling tower.

The machine has been tested well before shipment, you just need to connect water pump, water pipes and power, then you can use the machine directly.

Manual book, CD are provied to guild you the operation step by step.

After start the machine, it will begin to make ice directly, without worker to monitor the operation.

Easy to harvest ice blocks:

After ice blocks frozen well, we have designed an crane system to harvest ice blocks, which is easier and faster to get ice blocks.

Installation:

1). Installing by the user: we will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.

2).Installing by Koller engineers:

(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
