3. Brushless, gearless and clutchless integrated RWD motor makes less noise and make people safer and easier when riding. You can conquer 30% abrupt slope easily with pedaling.

4. The motor will stop by itself when you stop pedaling, it makes a safer riding.

5. Our ebike has a assist rate controller on its handlebar. You can set the gears from 0 to 5 according to your favor to provide different assist rate.

6. There is a intelligent controller to stop and start the system. It starts the system when you start to ride and it starts the dormant state after 5 minutes the bike has been stopped.

7. According to the law, when the speed arrived at 25km/h, the motor will stop giving assistance.

8. This ebike applies the maximum capacity lithium ion battery with small volume, light weight, high energy density, long service life, no memory effect, environmental protection, safe and reliable features. In normal circumstances, the battery can be used for 2-5 years.

2.1 When you are buying our ebike, please check the ebike carefully, claim for documents, service card and the contact information of the guaranteed repair shop.

2.2 When you have bought our ebike, you should read our “Operating Instruction” carefully to know the correct method of application and notes for daily maintenance. If you lend this ebike to the one who don’t know how to operate, you should teach him/her for safe. But don’t lend this ebike to minors, pregnant women and disabled persons.

2.3 If there’s problems with your ebikes, please come to your primary dealer or our company with original documents and warranty card. If your documents and warranty is lost, you and your ebike will not enjoy the right of warranty.

3. Warranty scope

Two years for frame, lithium battery and motor; one year for charger, stopwatch, assist rate controller, speed change transmission system; other parts not mentioned is not in warranty scope, such as tire, brake rubber block, brake cable, saddle and foot store.

Any fault caused by the condition below is not in the warranty scope:

1. Use or maintain the ebike without the suggestion of our specification.

2. Any damages caused by human factor.

3. Use our ebike for other use or making dangerous acts.

4. Dismounting any parts without our permission.

5. Use other parts not produced by us.

6. Damages caused by traffic accident and other accident.

7. Riding on a improper road.

8. Used for business rent.

9. Irresistible natural disaster.

10. Repair this ebike at the place not specified by us.

11. Other responsibilities can not attributed to our company.

12. The quality guarantee is regarded as invalid if it is not sealed by dealer or filled in date of purchase, number of frame and battery.

13. Please show your quality guarantee, if the quality guarantee is altered by you own, you will not have the right of warranty.

14. When taking the warranty in effect, our company has the right to hold the parts which have be replaced.
