Sheet Metal Processing Flame Cutting Service assuarance:

We have a quality team with around 25 people, responsible material incoming inspection, first sample inspeciton, production inspection on site and final inspection. You will see we do it from beginning-the material, and follow “3 inspection” system for every step. In 2010 we established inspection center, and bought 3D coordinate machine, projector and material analyzing machine etc. All these will make sure our qualified products.

Packing:

The packing method for export , we already have much experience now. Usually we will use pallet and wooden box, espcially for surface treated parts like painting, powder coating, we will make sure have packing design person to make it, usually we will use wooden box with film

We also provice shot blasting service after laser/flame cutting to descaling, deburring, eliminate internal stress, etc.
