Description

Deinking enzyme is a high effective compound enzyme, and is applied in deinking of all kinds of waste paper together with special chemical. It can effectively separate ink and impurity and decrease the chemical comparing with the traditional technology.

Mechanism of action:

Deinking enzyme can hydrolyze inking particle, lessen the viscosity and minish the diameter. Deinking enzyme make it easy to remove inking from the fiber under mechanical shear force.

Deinking enzyme can promote fibrillation, weaken binding force between fiber and ink, make the ink remove from fiber under mechanical action. Then remove the ink particle from the system by special chemical.
