Properties

Red Radish is a purple red powder, which easily dissolves in water and alcohol, but not in fat solvent. When PH<7, the solution is red. The pigment’s resistance to light and heat is high in an acidic medium. It is useful for coloring drinks and medicine. It is non-poisonous to the human-body, and has been formulated to a national standard.

Application and usage: it is widely used in candy, wine, beverage, fruit sause, canned food, preservation fruit, cake, ice-cream, ice-lolly and jelly. When use the radish color, dissolve the color in the water first, then mix the color solution with food materals.

Package: Double plastic-bag inside, aluminum foil bag or fiber drum outside.

Storage: Stored in a clean, cool, dry area; keep away from strong, direct light.

Shelf Life:Two years when properly stored
