1.Working principle

The KPJ seriesdelivery equipment is powered by cable reels at the bottom of the platform. One end of AC 380V cable is linked to power source and the other end is linked to the motor. The cable is wound around cable reel. When the platform run, the cable reels let out or collect the cable. The motor is controlled through the AC control system to drive gear reducer and wheels to control the platform for example, start, stop, go forward, backward and adjust the speed and so on.The running distance can reach up to 200m.

2.Main product components

steel frame, motor, gear reducer, cable reel, four wheels, axle and couplings, electrical appliance box, warning light, push button pendant box and other accessories.

3.Application

High-temperature and anti-explosion condition, Used to transfer materials from one workshop to another.
