1.Overview of Waste Management Machine

The whole recycling system is composed by 13 parts, which are reactor ,transmission device, catalytic chamber, cooling tube, heavy tank ,oil-water separator,condenser,light oil tank, safety device, vacuum system,dedusting system, draft fan,chimmey.

Cooling systems decides oil output. There are two steps for cooling. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. We have two condensers. And there are 61pipes in one condenser. Diameter is 48mm for one small pipe. The heat exchanging area is about 37 square meters for one condenser. So the total cooling area is about 74 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield.

2.Technological process of Waste Management Machine :

Firstly, put the raw material into furnace

secondly, burn the fuel material(coal, or wood, or natural gas, or oil ) in the combustion system.

After finishing oil producing, the temperature of reactor will come down, at the same time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Lastly, when the temperature falls to 100 degree celsius, worker could open the door of the reactor to discharge the steel wire, then can start another batch.

The Waste Management Machine can convert used tires,used rubber and used plastic into fuel oil (45%),crude carbon black (35%), and steel wires (15%) without pollution.

Process principle: high temperature pyrolysis raw material into oil gas, after cooling system oil gas cooling down to liquid oil
