Login: Visit www.quiktrak.co In the top right hand corner of the screen you will see a language drop down

where you can choose the language you would like to operate in.once you have selected the language you

can enter your user name and password and click on the Login icon. You will then be taken to the home

monitor screen.

Monitor Screen: The monitor screen will display all your assets tracking on the map and list them on the left hand

side of the page.

By right clicking on any asset on the home screen you can select to open an individual track window, open a track

playback, manage the target and view asset statistics.

the individual track window will display only the selected asset, and will mark its movements with coloured lines.

Green 0-80kmph, blue 80-100kmph and red 100+ kmph

Manage target from monitor screen: Manage target will allow you to update the vehicle information such as, display

name, vehicle make, model, type, colour, year and rego. Manage target is also where you set the vehicle over speed

limit, select different display icons, add remarks, allocate contacts to individual assets and allocate asset to groups.

(how to add groups is detailed further down this user manual.

Operational Statistics from monitor screen: There is two ways to access the operational statistics. The first is by

right clicking on the asset from the monitor screen, then selecting statistics operation. This will take you to the

statistics overview screen for that individual asset. From there you will be able to see an overview or access

individual reports by clicking on any of the numbers listed under each report title

Once you click on any of the numbers to view report, you will be required to select the asset from the drop down

box or type the target name of the asset and then enter the time and date period you would like to search for that

asset

Once you have selected the asset and time / date parameters click search and it will display the information

Statistics tab: The statistics tab is located next to the monitor tab on the top of the page. Clicking on the statistics t

ab will take you to a statistics overview of all the assets in your account. You can click any number under the

particular statistic and it will take you to the statistical information for that particular asset. All reports can be

exported to excel format.

By selecting any of the individual report names listed across the top you can navigate to a new page to run that

specific report. You will select the asset in the drop down box and enter the time and date parameters.

Click search and it will display the results.

Target tab: Under the target tab is where you can add groups, manage target, create geo fences, manage target

and add / edit contact on the account.

Asset: Once you have clicked on the target tab, you must then click asset. It will then display all the assets in a list.

This is where you can add and remove groups and view or manage your asset details. If you have a large amount of

assets, you can use the search function to locate the wanted asset.

Geo fencing: Once you have clicked the target tab, you then need to click the geo fence button which will take you to

the geo fence screen.

To add a geo fence, you simply click the add button. Enter in the name of the geo fence then select the type, into or

out of. Enter in your due to date, and then select the assets in the list which you wish the geo fence to apply to.

Click the draw geo fence button and mark you points on the map. Once you are happy with your geo fence please

click save.

Contact: To add contacts please click the contact button after clicking the target tab. It will take you to the contact

home screen and list the current contacts that have been added to your account. To add a contact simply click add,

to modify click modify and remove click remove.
