Hi-purity,Hi-Density,Hi-Strength Graphite Block (Isostatic/ISO):

Method/Kind in which quality graphite blocks are being made:

through Vibration molded or extruded, carbonized and graphitized.

Graphite blocks are moulded with 2400 tons pressing machine, high-quality fine grain graphite block raw material are chosen ---which are universally used in fields as metallurgy, mechanical , electronics, chemical industry, light industry, food industry and aviation, atomic energy and other newly emerged industries.

Applications

a. Molds: hot pressing molds, static casting molds, centrifugal casting

molds, pressure casting molds, fused refractory molds, etc.

b. Furnace parts: resistance heating elements, induction susceptors, structural elements and charging plates, furnace linings, heat shields and covers for pulling monocrystalline silicon or optical fibers, etc.

c. Anodes for the electrolysis of metals.

d. Cathodes in aluminum electrolysis cells.

e. Parts for heat exchangers.

f. Crucibles for melting and reduction.

g. Boats and trays for sintering.
