About Sample Charge:

1.Samples charge:According to your design and Artwork. ready time:5-7days

2.Samples charge: New customers need some sample fee and Old customer not

need sample fee

Plush toys Washing :

Please use a dry cloth when clean part of the product (scrub when necessary),use neutral

detergent to focus on the stains cleaning and then dry it.

1.Do NOT immerse toy in water

2.Remove all accessories from stuffed toy

3.First test cleanser on small area of toy surface

4.With a clean cloth and tepid water, lightly blot affected area using mild detergent

5.Repeat blotting using tepid water to rinse detergent from toy surface

6.in the folds of a clean towel, squeeze stuffed toy several times to remove excess moisture

6.Adjust the prototype of the plush toy

7.Allow to air dry

8: Exposure under the sunshine

9:Comb the wool once again

10.Once dry, stuffed toy surface may be fluffed and brushed Repeat as needed

In order to avoid the tailor and the rupture of cloth and eye part fall off, please avoid to use the washing machine or dryer.
