1. Introduction of JCT chemical machiney/dispersing agent for paper pulp

Dispersion Machine is a powerful and efficient multi-function mixer. It can meet the requirements o users operating in rapidly changing operating process to meet the high and low viscosity material mixing machines can be customized according to customer requirements.

1) Operation

Strong disperser kettle has three to four different types of mixers.

One in the kettle body runs around the axis, the other two rotate around its own axis in the different high speed.

Material in the kettle crshes intricately and strongly sheared and rubbed.

Yamagata blade in the tank runs around the axis, can scrape the material glued to the wall and bottom to join into the mixing

Kettle has special seal structure to vacuum, so that the exhaust can be well expelled

2) Discharge

Pressure fed, cover lifts by hydraulic, and cylinder is free to move

3) Suit for industries

Adhesives: DOW Corning sealant, Silicone sealant, color sealant

Rubber: Silicone Rubber, RTV rubber, etc.

4) Widely used

Adhesives, cosmetics, chemical products, batteries, food, pharmaceutical plastics industries and etc.

2. Technical Parameter of JCT chemical machiney/dispersing agent for paper pulp

Example: QF-100L

QF means the Planetary mixer series, 100L means te design volume is 100 liter, 0.1 tons.

The effect volume is about 60%~80% of the design volume.

1.The Planetary mixer is a good choices, which designed for mixing, vulcanization, nitration, sulfonation,

hydrogenation, dehydration in viscous fluid.

2.There are 3 blades and 1 automatic scraper blade. Each paddle rotate on its own axis, the same time the

3 blades make planetary motion(revolution) on the center axis of the machine.

3.The planetary mixer will use thickness board to board so as to resistant the vacuum & heating.
