Construction Material Instructions

Electric type:

1. The fry plate was made by special processed mirror-surface steel plate of 20~28M/M.

2. The baseboard was made by stainless steel plate of 1.0M/M, 304#.

3. The skeleton was made by pipes of 4*4*0.25cm.

4. The electric heater:

Heating pipes: 380v/7.5kw

Aluminous heater: 380v/7kw

Electromagnetic oven: 380v/8kw

5. Accessories: stainless steel extract and exhaust hole, oil screen, oil drawer, 1/9 basin, adjust feet,

rotating wheel,etc.

Gas type:

Teppanyaki Equipment Structures Drawing

A. Working principle:Heating the iron plate via gas(coal gas, LPG or natural gas) or aluminum heater to

operating temperature; adjusting the temperature via gas controller or digital temperature controller and

air volume via air valve.

B. Energy consumption:

Gas: Coal gas(2.92m³/h) LPG(0.98kg/h) Natural gas(1.2m³/h)

Electric: Heating pipes: 380v/7.5kw

Aluminous heater: 380v/7kw

Electromagnetic oven: 380v/8kw

C. Iron plate material:The iron plate was made out of import alloy steel and it has been processed by

surface grinding attrition treatment. In addition, it has 20~28mm thickness which guarantees neigher

deformation nor fading.

D. Ventilation requirements:Air volume:2000m³/h each, speed:12m/s. The air hose can be extended to

outdoor if necessary.

Gas Teppanyaki Operating Instructions

1. Turn on the fan power supply, check the ventilation system whether it is normal before you do the next

step.

2. Turn on the gas switch and press ignition button. Check whether the fire hole seedlings are lit.

3. After light theseedlings,turn on main fire switch so as to use normally.

4. Adjust the gas switch for a proper fire temperature.

Electric Teppanyaki Operating Instructions

1. Turn on the fan power supply, check the ventilation system whether it is normal before you do the next

step.You can temporarily turn off the exhaust fan and open it again when doing the actual operation.

2. Then press the power button, after seeing the device enters the standby mode, press the start heating

button.The heating system begins into heating condition and stops until the temperature reaches the

upper limit set. Finally, under the control of digital temperature, the heating components keep cycle

work between the upper and lower temperature.

3. Temperature setting process:turn on the power switch, then the power light is on, open start, press the

SET button 0.5 second, the screen displays cc.

Ps: 1. Lock 0 is unlocking, 1 is locking, and the other is factory settings, change forbidden.

2. PHtemperature upper limit do not exceed 380°C

3. Set CC between upper limit and lower limit (Namely the upper limit minus the lower limit)

4. Set P to be 0.

5. SV number is set to required number minus 1/2CC number.

Eg: Upper limit 100°C, lower limit 80°C. Set the CC into 20 °C, P is set to 0 and the SV is set at 90°C.

Instrument stops working at 100°C and begins to work at 80°C.

Maintenance Of Iron Plate

1. Clean the surface of the iron plate after each use and dry the water or oil.

2. Drip a little salad oil on the table and wipe it by scouring pad till clean.

3. Apply a little oil salad on surface of the table after cleaning.

4. Clean the stainless steel suspended hood, oil screen and oil drawer everyday.

5. Matters are prohibited to be dumped to the lower flue of the extract hole to prevent stoppage.

6. The wind pipe should be cleaned regularly.
