1. Waste gas: exhaust gas&hot smoke

(1) Exhaust gas is recycled to the furnace and supplied as fuel during the pyrolysis process

(2) In the furnace, there will be some hot smoke. The dust in it is removed by the de-dusting system. Three specifically designed steps are used, which ensures the gas released is pollution-free.

2. Waste liquid: water

The waste water has two sources: produced in the pyrolysis process; water in the hydro-seal and de-dusting system. The water is discharged after three stage of filtration

3. Waste solid: carbon black&steel wire

(1) Carbon black can be sold to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory as raw materials, such as tyre, shoe, cable and sealant companies

(2) Steel wire can be sold to the iron and steel company directly

Security

1.Hydroseal and Vacuum system will prevent exhaust gas from going back to condensers and reactor.

2. Equipped with thermometer, pressure gauge, safety valve and electric control system

3. Waste gas burner can prevent over-pressure of the reactor

Service after Purchasing

1. Design the installation drawings according to your site

2. For each set of continuous tyre pyrolysis machine, one technician will be sent to guide your installation, test the machine and train your workers. Besides, we will provide one month's service for free. After one month, the salary for the technician will be USD65.00/day.

3. 1 year warranty, engineers available to service at any time.

4. Periodical call visit, to make sure there is no problems of the equipment.

5. Design specific maintainence program according to different situation of your plant.
