usage

By flexing metal disc inside hot pack, special gel starts to crystallize.

Till liquid becomes solid, pressing liquid slightly and let it diffuse homogeneously.

If you want reuse and recycle hot pack, please wrap stuff with towel or cotton fabric and put into boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes (please avoid surface of hot pack touching heating container directly), wait till crystal structure 100% melt .Because hot pack is under status of high-temperature ,don’t direct contact your skin .Do according to step 1 and 2 products can be reusable.
