You may choose boiled or raw to suit your intended use.

This product is best if consumed within one month if kept frozen

They can also be grilled nicely because the crab shells are cut in half.

Instant freezing technology

In order to preserve the taste and freshness of freshly caught crabs

and reliably deliver them to customers, the crabs must be processed

and then instantly frozen right after they are caught by immediately

exposing them to temperatures under -30 degrees Celsius.

We achieve this through our company's partnership with a local

processing business that has its own proprietary freezing technology.
