Air compressor piston:

Air compressor piston use new generation PLC control system, remote control touch screen display/monitoring to make the compressors run in even safer and more reliable mode. The monitored tems are the alarm and machine stop due to over pressure or low pressure of inlet pressure; alarm and machine stop for low oil pressure; alarm and machine stop for outlet temperature overheat of every stage; alarm and machine stop for low water pressure; alarm and machine stop for motor overload.

The overall assembled structure, a kinds of high efficient energy saving unit needs not any extra auxiliary equipment, featuring simple operation, easy maintenance, long components service life and desired components substituion for imported equivalence. the products are classified into 6 series and nearly a hundred specifications and the lubrication modes range oil pump, oil-splashing; the sturcture is identified as single cylinder/vertical, double cylinder/certical, symmetry/balance; its carieties are classified as stationary, movable and various cmpressors or LPG carriers(boats); the outlet volume ranging from 0.2 m3 /min to 3.0 m3 /min; outlet pressure from 0.8Mpa to 2.6Mpa to meet all the operational requirements different areas and climates.

It is mainly used as surplus gas recycling and boost operations in chemical in dusty and the working mediums are the special ones such as ethylene, propylene, vinyl chloride and dimethy cethene.
