4.How to pay?

5. Do you have some kind of safe way for me to pay? It is first time to do business with you, I need some guarantee

6. What does sample order means?

a) Sample order means the quantity do not achieve the MOQ

b) It also mean the sample order price maybe 1.5 times of the formal order price,but we will refund the 0.5 times payments if you placed the formal order afterwards.

7.What does formal order means?

a) Formal order mean the quantity has achieved the MOQ

8. Can we just require 1 pcs sample?

a) Yes, of course, just tell us, welcome your requirement for samples. It is necessary for you to check the samples quality before you place your order.

9. What does mixed types order means?

a) We have so many kinds of types of insects in stock. Different kinds species with different prices. The mixed types order means we decide what kinds of species we deliver to you ! you can’t choose the species, You can just tell us your order quantity, then we choose and deliver!

b) If you want to order specific species, the price of each species will not be the same. You need to check with us the price each.

10.What about the quality of the products?

a) A1 :means perfect unbroken body and wings, no crack.

b) A1- : means may having somewhat flawed but can be repaired to be perfect.

c) A- :means may having somewhat flawed but can not to be repaired to be perfect.

11. if the products are damaged when I received just now? do you have after-sales service?

a) take some pictures of the damaged ones and email us, we will handle it. We accept exchanging or refunding if the damages are definitely caused by us.

12. What kind of shipping way you usually choose?

a) Normally, we choose air express delivery such as DHL/EMS/UPS when the parcel is not very big or the customers may need urgently, we will choose the best cost-effective express to deliver if our customers could accept the transit time(4-8days)

b) If not urgent need or large volume cargo, we choose ocean shipping , it may take much longer time than by air.
