No, we provide sample for free unless a customized sample is required. In this case, you will have to pay the setup costs.

Normally we can provide a sample within 3 work days and 10 work days for customized sample.

How can I check goods quality before payment?

You can arrange a 3rd party for inspection before shipment.

We will send you inspection reports during and after production

so that you know exactly what is going to be shipped

How soon can I expect the goods to be ready?

15 days to get pre-production sample.

30 days since approval of PP sample. In some cases, it can be much shorter.
What payment terms do you offer?

TT, 30% deposit, balance 70% against fax copy of BL.

Can I get a compensation if goods received are not in good quality as agreed? We offer a shelf life / guarantee period for all products offered, which varies according to product properties. And we will compensate accordingly in case there is a quality issue and necessary documents / images are in place.
