sunsep(TM) is a compact, lightweight membrane type dryer/humidifier made in Japan.

This product can dry or humidify gases by simply installing in a gas line.

SWT Series : Humidify controller ideal for medical use

Clean humidification / dehumidification
sunsep (TM) resin membrane's surface allows to pass through only moisture.
Other gas compositions or substances can't pass through its surface.
This special feature enables both clean gas humidification and dehumidification.

Easy installation
sunsep(TM) SWT series is made of light and flexible resin membrane.
It can be used as ordinary plastic tubes.

No power supply required
sunsep(TM) SWT series works without any power supply, even purging gas.

In the SWT series, a Flemion(TM) tube is surrounded with a plastic braided net.
This flexible braid net offers free humidity exchange with the ambient air, protecting
the Flemion(TM) tube from damage.

This structure enables the product to dry and humidify micro flow sample gases
with a flow of less than 300[ml/min] without purging gas by utilizing the difference
in ambient humidity.

Mechanism of sunsep(TM)

sunsep(TM) is made from the fluorine-containing resin Flemion(TM). It's hollow fibers
efficiently dehumidify by transferring only moisture through its surface.
This device needs only a difference in external and internal humidity to work.

- It has an affinity for water molecules, there is very little permeation apart

from water vapor. (Clean dehumidification, humidification)

it can also be used for ion removal and absorption.
