Features of structure

1.To produce various PE heat shrink film.

The films are widely used for packaging of foods, beer bottles, glass bottles, box, cloth roll, floor board, glass, big or small trays, ceramics, napkin.

2.The line is equipped with new-type high efficient screw and forced conveying sleeve, which makes the extrusion more stable and the efficiency more higher. Main motor and upward haul off adopt frequency conversion control, which saves more energy, makes the operation more steady and ensures the quality of the products.

3.According to the requirements of products, users choose proper new rotary die(Japanese technology), which can get products of different latitudinal and longitudinal shrink rates.

4.Taking-up equipment adopts 318 large backrest winding. Equipped with margin slitting and middle cutting knife, which can realize the production of once several rolls of products, make the winding neat, bright and clean and beautiful.

5.Equipped with the device of margin scrap collecting or margin scrap collecting by wind conveying, which can conveniently recover the side of film which has been cut off.
