Description

Cement production line is a cement equipments production line that composed of a range of equipment for cement production. Which is mainly include crushing and pre-homogenizing, raw material preparation homogenizing, preheat decomposition, sintering cement clinker, cement grinding and packaging and other processes. Cement production equipment with the raw material preparation methods can be divided into dry process cement production line (including semi-dry) and wet cement production line (including semi-wet) two kinds.

Cement Rotary Kiln

Cement rotary kiln is the main equipment of cement clinker dry process and wet process production line. Rotary kiln is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building refractory industry, environment protection, etc. The rotary kiln consists of cylinder, supporting device, gear wheel bearing device, transmission device, moving kiln head, sealing device, coal injection pipe device and other parts. Working Principle of Rotary Kiln

Through the technical renovations, the rotary kiln calcining system equipment made has adopted the advanced hydraulic thrust roller device, the high measuring precession plunger pump, the variable speed adjusted valve, the contact graphite block sealing device and the other national advanced technologies. In order to raise up automation degree, the industrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of kiln, the simulation phosphor screen has been used for display of process flow; the infrared scanning system has been adopted for calcining zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer. With the use of these new of these new technologies, it is direct in vision, convenient in operation and reliable in use. Therefore, the thermal condition can be stabilized and the running rate of equipment can be raised. Compared to same sized equipment, its running rate has been raised 10% up, production has been increased 5-10% and heat consumption has been reduced 15% down.

Main Equipments of Cement Production Line

The main cement equipment includes cement rotary kiln, cyclone preheater and grate type cooler.

The cement rotary is the main equipment for burning cement clinker, which has been widely used in the cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. This equipment is made up of cylinder, belt wheel supporting device, block transmission device, flexible kiln head, sealing device, burning device components and other parts with the advantages of simple structure, reliable working, easy control, etc.

The cyclone preheater is suitable for various types of kilns. On the basis of transforming and digesting the main equipment of cement clinker imported from Japan, the experts in our company have developed the five-level suspension preheater with productivity of 500 tons. The preheater can be widely used for the building and reforming of all kinds of large, medium or small cement plant equipment.

The grate type cooler is a kind of shock chilling cooling machine. The working principle of the cooler is the air blower blowing cold wind to cool the clinker spread on the deck board, which can make the temperature of the clinker decrease from 1200°C to 100°C.

The Process of Cement Production Line

1. (1)Crushing

In the cement production, most of the raw materials need crushing, such as limestone, clay, iron ore, coal, etc. The limestone is of large particle sizes and high hardness after being mined. Therefore, the limestone crushing is the most essential part in cement plants.

(2)Pre-homogenization

Homogenization adopts the scientific method of material piling and fetching, making the raw material yard possess the functions of storage and pre-homogenization.

2. Raw Materials Preparation

At least 3 tons of materials need grinding for producing 1 ton of silicate cement (including all kinds of raw materials, such as fuel, clinker, mixture and plaster). According to the statistics, the Dry Process Cement Production Line consumes more than 60% of the power of the whole plant, with raw material grinding taking up 30%, coal grinding about 3%, cement grinding about 40%. Therefore, the reasonable choice of grinding equipment and process flow, optimized process parameters, correct operation and the manufacturing control system are highly significant to ensure product quality and reduce the energy consumption.

3. Homogenization

In the new type Dry Process Cement Production, stabilizing the ingredients of the raw materials is the precondition of clinker calcining pyrology system. The homogenization system is a final check for the process.

4 .Decomposition

The preheater can finish preheating and partial decomposition, replacing part of the functions of the Rotary Kiln and shortening its length and enabling the materials to sufficiently mix with the red-hot air. As a result, the contact area is increased, heat transfer rate quickened, the heat transfer efficiency strengthened, fulfilling the purpose of improving production efficiency and reducing heat consumption .

5. Calcination

The next procedure is clinker calcination. In the Rotary Kiln, the carbonate makes further quick decomposition and a series of solid-phase reactions. With the increase in the temperature, the minerals will become liquid and dissolved in the liquid phase reactions and then form a great amount of clinker. After being calcined, the temperature of the clinker will gradually become low. Finally, the hot clinker will be cooled by the Cooler to the appropriate temperature for conveying, storing and grinding. Meanwhile, the heat will be recycled, thus the heat efficiency improved and clinker quality enhanced.

6 .Grinding

As the last process, it is also the most power-consuming process. Its main function exists in grinding cement clinker (also gelling agent, performance adjustment materials, etc.) to the proper sizes, forming a certain grain gradation, increasing hydration area and speeding up hydration rate, meeting the requirements of condensation and hardening of the cement slurry.

7 .Packing

There are bagged cements and bulk cements for shipment.
