Brief Introduction of Charcoal Making Machinery Line

Charcoal making machine uses the raw material of wood sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob, bagasse, cotton stalk, corn stalks, rice hull, miscellaneous branches etc shattered into granular within 3 to 5 mm by sawdust crusher;then the dryer dry material till water content is within 12%; through high temperature, high pressure of molding (do not add any additives)of the bar machine to the process of carbonization of coking furnace, then finished product of charcoal formed.

The product is generally of high density, small volume, good combustibility, alternative fuel wood and coal. General product outer diameter for 50 to 60 mm, aperture for 15 to 20 mm, average diameter after carbonization for 30 to 40 mm, hollow four or six Angle shape.

Working Process——charcoal briquette machine for sale:

4.carbonization
