Energy Saving Portable Solar Lighting System for Rural Area

1. Overview

Solar Energy KIT is a small PV generation system which integrated powering for lighting and cell phones charging. It can achieve LIITHUM charge and discharge controlling, LED light constant current output and to supply constant voltages charge for cell phones through its inner efficient control circuit.

2. Operation Description

1) Place the Solar Panel where can receive the strongest possible sunlight.

2) The Solar Energy Kit is in charging state when the charging LED light indicator is red. When the charging indicator light turns to green, the Solar Energy Kit is fully charged and ready to use. Once charging is complete (when the LED light indictor is green), disconnect the Solar Panel connector cable from the control box.

3) How to use the DC5521 light bulb: Connect the light bulb DC5521 cable to the DC5521 port with a light bulb symbol located on the control box, then switch the Solar Energy Kit to “on” position.

4) Charging for cell phones: connect the phone data line to the charging port which indicated on the control panel.

5) Make sure you locate the correct charging tip for the cell phone you wish to charge.

6)When the solar module is in the state of charging, it has no interference with the usage of LED and cell phone charger.

3,Notice

The green LED indicator which located on the top right of control box indicate the state of system, when the inner battery is over discharge the LED will turn off, and the controller will shut down all output, then please connect the control box with solar module for charging.

1) Do not expose the control box under the blazing sun for long time when the solar panel is charging.

2) Charge the kit fully for a whole day before the first use.

3) The control box should be charged at least once a month, and each time it should be fully charged at least 6 hours under direct sunlight.

4) The control box can also be charged by a DC converter with an output 9V DC , if charging at a higher voltage the control box storage capacity will be damaged.

5) The control box should always be placed in a dry and shady place.

6) Keep away from fire or any corrosives.

7) Always keep the solar panel surface clean and in good condition.

8) Any actions such as throw, drop, fall, knock are all prohibited.
