1. Saw Cutting

It can be saw cut with an ordinary base plate saw. Usage of a hard alloy blade is recommended.

2. Slotting

1) It is important to carry out the V-type slotting process with a distance of 0.2-0.4 mm from the polyethylene substrate. The recommended slot angle is 110.

2) When processing a large quantity of V-type slots, the usage of round saw and belt saw is recommended.
